Expanded into namkeen, fryums, and other snack categories, aligning with changing consumer demand.
The name Chahat was inspired by the phrase
“Chahat — Kuch Achha Khaane Ki”
Scaling the Brand
Developed a wide product portfolio across namkeen, fryums, and puffs, focusing on high-demand, value-driven products including ₹5 SKUs.
Corporate Transformation
Transitioning into a corporate-level FMCG brand under the leadership of Manoj Sangal and Dinesh Agarwal, with a focus on scale and structured growth.
Built for Scale
Operating with a production capacity of ~300 tons/day, supported by backward integration including besan, atta, rice flour, and corn flour plants.
