Watch How Raw Ingredients
Become Irresistible Snacks
Step 1: Raw Material Testing
- Incoming raw materials like besan, atta, spices, and flours undergo rigorous lab testing.
- We check for moisture content and overall quality to ensure freshness and consistency.
- Only high-quality raw materials are approved for production.
Step 2: Mixing the Perfect Dough
- Besan, spices, and water are blended together in the exact proportions.
- The mixture is kneaded to create a smooth, consistent dough.
- This dough is the foundation for all our snacks, ensuring uniform texture and taste.
Step 3: Shaping and Frying
- The dough is transferred to an automatic extruder machine, where it’s shaped into various forms (chips, puffs, crisps, etc.).
- The shaped dough then enters hot oil and is fried immediately.
- Continuous frying ensures the texture remains crunchy and uniform.
Step 4: Frying to Perfection
- Fried at temperatures between 170°C to 190°C to ensure the perfect crispness and golden color.
- Excess oil is removed after frying.
- Cold air is used to further crisp the snacks, making them lighter and crunchier.
Step 5: Coating for Flavor
- The fried snacks are moved to a flavor drum where spices are evenly coated.
- We use a blend of natural seasonings to enhance taste and ensure every snack is full of flavor.
- Each batch is carefully coated to ensure consistent seasoning on every piece.
Step 6: Quality Control
- Every batch undergoes quality checks for consistency in:
- Weight
- Texture
- Flavor
- Only batches that meet our strict criteria are approved for packaging and shipment.
